Aloe Vera Drink
Nga mihi ki a koutou!
We were up the coast in Te Kaha and our whanau have the 'mother aloe vera', she is who i have got all my baby plants from and no matter how much we use she just keeps on growing. So when I came back I decided to make a drink with this beautiful plant as I feel it to be very healing internally and the tamariki (children) loved it too!
Aloe Vera Drink
1 Large Aloe Leaf (slice and scrap inner gel out)
1/2 c Goji berries
1 Orange (pealed)
1c Berries (whatever available)
Water to blend
Blend altogether and drink straight away, mmmm, delicious!
